			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On August 3, 2010, the Commission released Comparative Consideration of 26 Groups of Mutually Exclusive Applications for Permits to Construct New or Modified Noncommercial Educational FM Stations Filed in the October 2007 Filing Window, Memorandum Opinion and Order (MO&amp;O), FCC 10-142.</p>
<p>In that document, the Commission identified two FMEG clients as tentative selectees.</p>
<p> Bryant College is the tentative selectee for a construction permit to serve Danielson, CT.</p>
<p>Rochester Community and Technical College is the tentative selectee to build a new station serving Stewartville, MN.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[On May 18, 2010, FMEG submitted an application on behalf of Lake Area Educational Broadcasting Foundation to increase the power of KCVQ (Knob Noster, MO).
The power increase is possible because stations operating in the reserved band are no longer required to protect analog TV6 stations.
The Media Bureau granted that application on July 28, 2010.
